History
Redsocks Consultancy was born in 2003 after a visit to Boston Colleges Carroll School of Management and the experience gained from spending time with 'Not for Profit' organisations in the USA. In particular, it was striking how all of the groups visited had a clear sense of Purpose encapsulated in the mission, vision and value structure of their strategies. Redsocks strives to bring this same sense of purpose, planning and skills to the Voluntary and Community Sector in the UK and Ireland.
